This project will transform a vacant 46-unit lot into a 73-unit zero energy community for seniors (over 62) utilizing the latest advances in photo voltaic and wind turbine technologies. It will feature four energy-efficient buildings with 44 one-bedroom units at 622 square feet, 8 two-bedroom units at 875 square feet, 3 courtyard units at 698 square feet, and 9 single room occupancy (SRO) units.

A 25-Acre, 265 Dwelling Unit "Net Zero Energy" Mixed-Use Urban Neighborhood. The project features innovative urban planning to provide solar access to almost all buildings and homes, and innovative systems including geothermal, photovoltaics, and energy-conserving construction.
